FAILED. WHAT NOW?

- Your online purchase fails but you have paid, what now?Send an email to service@forox.nl with the following information:
  • First and last name.
  • City.
  • Selected movie theatre/cinema, movie/film title, date and time of show/performance.
  • The amount paid.
  • Bank account number.
  • Date and time of payment.
  • Reference.
  • Your phone number. We will only call you in case of incomplete information.
- Your email will be dealt within 2 working days, and if a payment has been made, this will be refunded to your bank account.
In all circumstances you will need to buy a new ticket, either from www.foroxity.nl or at the ticket office. You cannot use your booking confirmation / 'betalingsbewijs' at the ticket office, as our staff are unable to verify the authenticity of the documents. See our terms and conditions which all guests agreed to when booking online.
